Registration and abstracts

To register and submit an abstract to present at the VMSG conference, please complete the form at {https://www.min2022.org/vmsg2023}. Your abstract should follow the template; submissions are limited to one per presenting author. An abstract template is available.

This year’s conference is being held in a hybrid format and there are multiple options for presenting; please consider the options and indicate your preference below. For in-person presentations, please note that the convenors will endeavour to accommodate your first preference where possible, but you may be asked to switch to an alternative presenting format if required.

If you would like to register for the conference without submitting an abstract, please select ‘None’ for the presentation options.

In-person presenting options

– Talk: Please prepare a live, ten-minute presentation, to be followed by questions.

– Poster: Please prepare a printed poster in portrait mode for display at the conference, alongside a digital copy to be uploaded to our remote platform ahead of the conference start. Please note you will be asked to monitor your online poster for questions during the conference.

– No preference: If you would like to present in person but have no preference between a poster or talk, please select this option.

Remote presenting options

– Online presentation: You may prepare either a digital poster or a short recorded talk to be uploaded to our remote platform ahead of the conference start. Please note you will be asked to monitor your online presentation for questions during the conference.
